If you have any question, take a look in the documentation first: it is likely that it contains the answer to your question. SonicBirth's manual is also accessible from the Help menu of the main application.

If the provided documention doesn't answer your question, or is not helpful, send an email. It should normally be answered in less than 24 hours.
